Had Ryan and his team do some repointing and rebuilding of two old chimneys on a Victorian property as well as refitting a Velux window. Great bunch of lads who did a great job. Very polite (and diplomatic with our neighbour). Ryan ensured everything ran to plan (despite one or two unavoidable hitches), nothing being too much trouble. It wasn’t the cheapest quote, but you get what you pay for. Lovely job. Thanks Ryan and your team.

Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Kai and colleague did a good job on a 300 year old chestnut tree which had split and lost huge branches in the hot weather. They cut it right back hopefully to generate regrowth, with some huge logs to move, they left the garden tidy. Always quick to respond to texts even during a working day.
