Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

This person is totally unreliable, Supposed to have fixed the leak. The Next day when it rained the rain still poured into my conservatory. I have tried Seven times to contact him and NO REPLIES My emails are tracked and show he has opened everyone. So took my money and ran.
