IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. The work done was not the result I was expecting. I asked Jerry to come back as I wasn't satisfied . He did come back once but has not replied to me since. I was promised that I would have a beautiful flat lawn. I ended up £900 later with an area almost as bad as when he started. Jerry is a lovely man but his work was not as advertised.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
