Valentin visited me twice to discuss what we wanted. He explained everything, showed examples, answered any questions and provided an itemised quote. He attended on the agreed dates to carry-out the work and was punctual. He with Abel, working methodically did an excellent job, completing it on time and they removed all waste. Avoid A1 Trading at all costs, he did an extremely poor job on relaying my kitchen roof. A bread and butter job for any decent builder but this one couldn’t seem to grasp the basics. Poor quality of workmanship means I still have a leaky roof. He also lied about forwarding the receipt by saying he would email it to me but now he now won’t answer my texts or return my calls so he’s also done a runner. I’m retired in my 70’s and view this ‘tradesperson’ like a criminal, A1 Trading deserves 0 stars.
