Nic and his friend did a great job transforming my rear garden. Nic responded to my advert immediately and with a competitive price. I did not know him but read his reviews online which were all good. He communicated honestly and I felt reassured so I paid an agreed deposit amount on the first day. Nic and his colleague removed all the old concrete slabs and replaced them with attractive ceramic ones along with the manhole lids. They worked hard and left the site very clean and tidy. .All I wanted was for the 5 small silver Birch trees cut down slightly, for new growth. came the next day to give me a quote ,£400 cash in hand. stated that he would clear up all the dead wood/ branches etc.Stupidly , I agreed. I was at work when they arrived…Tree surgeon! on my ring doorbell, I have never seen anyone just cut 2 foot off our silver birch trees in 20 minutes. Not cleared anything. I complained to James, he said he would clear it, but I had spent a hour doing it myself!! TIP RUN FOR US. ????????

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
