.All I wanted was for the 5 small silver Birch trees cut down slightly, for new growth. came the next day to give me a quote ,£400 cash in hand. stated that he would clear up all the dead wood/ branches etc.Stupidly , I agreed. I was at work when they arrived…Tree surgeon! on my ring doorbell, I have never seen anyone just cut 2 foot off our silver birch trees in 20 minutes. Not cleared anything. I complained to James, he said he would clear it, but I had spent a hour doing it myself!! TIP RUN FOR US. ????????

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Agreed price in written quote went through everything agreed to return to discuss start date 24/04 did not turn up tried calling /texting no reply, Then finally got hold of them using partners number, they agreed to come and chat, When they turned up we were told that there is a " Forum of Bad Payers " and we are on it, We could have given them about 10 different tradesman whom worked on this project all of which would vouch for us. Forum does not exist according to others do not rely on.
