Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.
Richard was professional from the initial quote through to completion. He was informative and kept me up-to date. He took pride in his work and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. I am over the moon with the end result.
