Good service, carried out very promptly and care taken not to damage my plants. Made the mistake of taking the first quote offered so probably paid over the odds but that's on me, it was just too tempting to get it done on the spot. John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,
