What you quoted for you didn’t do. Instead of sealing from the outside your put some white sealant inside. The roof continued to leak. An now because of the 1 star you have contacted me for proof of it leaking after I had to get someone else to rectify the issue. You offered me a refund on the 21 November but didn’t send it even after various calls and text and you telling me not to keep bothering you. Now you are saying as I haven’t got the proof I am trying to rob you of MY £150.

Can’t recommend Lawrence highly enough. From the outset he kept me fully informed. He turned up exactly when he said he would. He did an excellent job bricking up and plastering internal doorway and repairing areas of lounge ceiling and wall. He left the area clean and tidy - even vacuuming before he left. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
