The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

The gardener turned on time on the said date. He did a good job trimming my conifer hedge. However I did ask for his contact details, which he promised he would forward the next day. So far after 2 weeks he has not done so. Therefore I will not be able to contact him for any future work.

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. Groundtec were unable to start the work on the day that had been arranged. They did start the following day, however. Their work was generally very good, but they did leave a small area of weeding and tidying that had been requested, which we had to complete.

Everything was very good, with the exception of the turfing. This part is very poor, despite a couple of attempts, as well as the way in which our garden was left. Discarded turf and soil left around the garden and under a tree and quality of laying it, not what I would have expected of a Landscape Gardener.
