Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

Built by Abbott Developments - a large two story pink Staffordshire stone extension to old farmhouse - downstair disabled wet-room facilities, sitting area for elderly parents, - upstairs bedroom / shower room. Hardwood windows. Outside paving. This is a first class outfit. Abbott have a skilled workforce. The whole team are considerate and caring. Abbott are trustworthy and take a pride in the job. Dave came on time to look at my job and said he would get back to me at the weekend with the quote as he did and having decided to use his services he came the day he said he would and on time witch you dont always get with some tradesman today. He was very professional and took pride in his work all In all he did a fantastic job and would not hesitate in recommending him .

Turned up when he said he would, stuck to quoted amount exactly (which was inside my original budget). Task completed exactly as I described even though I wasn't there to oversee on the day. Easy to deal with, reliable, trustworthy, can't ask for much more in the situation at all.
