Houghton Construction is a company I would use again. We Had a very good working relationship with Aaron and all the trades people he used. I learned a lot about various aspects of the building trade through Aaron and his people being around them (and sometimes in their way) for a few weeks . Thanks Aaron and all the trades people.

Martin did a superb job of skimming a bedroom ceiling covered with extremely unattractive artex. He was friendly and easy to deal with, arrived exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the room spotless. Highly recommended.

Andrew from Eland Construction left us with a very good impression, sadly we had to postpone the job for personal reasons, but he was very knowledgeable and left us a feeling of trust right from the start. James was professional, skilled, and always turned up on time and when he said he would. His workmanship was excellent, and pricing was competitive. He finished the job on time and we are pleased with the end product. The flooring was not completely straightforward to lay, but with good advice from James on how to deal with the quirks (uneven floor, steps that were difficult to negotiate) we have a fantastic end product. Can't recommend James highly enough.

Had a wall knocked down and new floor fitted by Phil. He was extremely careful not to cause too much mess and double checked before going ahead with any work. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and use him for any future work!

I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

I approached Emanuel and his team for tiling of a bathroom wall. They were incredibly professional during the assessment and were very helpful in working around my limited budget. They showed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, taking the time to sand down the cut tile edges. Most importantly, Emanuel and his team were very transparent with their labour and material costs with receipts for breakdown. This has won over my trust and I will surely enlist their expertise again soon.
