Robert and Marek fitted 3 new floors for us. The work carried out was of a high standard. They are very professional and detailed in the work they carry out. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.

Gary was actually the only tradesman who gave me a quote in the end but I am very happy with the job that he and his team did. He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. People who have come to the house have been very impressed with the new shower and loo so I would use Gary and rated people again .
