George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. We are a Bearsden based building company with over 35 years of experience in construction . We specialise in loft conversions and basement conversions including water control measures . The largest part of our works are in the west end and south side of Glasgow . The largest part of our clients are through word of mouth or recommendations . Had couple company’s out to look at garage conversion although I found Scott on Rated People and glad I did Scott and his Team converted garage with ease the quality of work was great I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott and plan to yous his services in future also a pleasure having his Team in the house clean and tidy workers throughout.
On the beginning it was only a cleaning company but during the expansion we provide many other services now as tiling,plumbing,plaster, painting, gardening etc. and co-operate with Sebastian Kardela - bathroom specialist.
Dorota came out right away and quickly established what the fault was with boiler not turning on. Issue was quickly resolved and cost was very reasonable. Happy to recommend their serivices.

Weeds were just pulled out from the surface and no digging was done at all. One person arrived to do the work and didn't have a clue about gardening It was a total rip off
The company was busted and the new owners didn’t take responsibility for the warranty on the previous jobs!! Absolutely ridiculous!

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service
dont know about the value. Kept trying to get him back but no such luck.
