Karl did some interior alteration work at my 90 year old father's bungalow. Karl gave us confidence when he came to quote and we instructed him almost immediately, The job took about 7 working days and was completed more than satisfactorily and to the highest standard. Karl was very personable and was punctual, highly efficient and cleaned up after each day really well. Can't recommend him highly enough. Excellent job and my dad is delighted with the final results.

Ov did a fantastic job! Built a concrete bases, built the shed, installed electric and painted the shed. I'm absolutely over the moon with it. The job was done with precision, politeness and professionally. I've found a builder I can trust and won't be going anywhere else! Thank you Ov and team.

Can’t recommend Dan highly enough. Professional, courteous and excellent communication regarding the job from quote to completion (removal of load bearing wall in kitchen which he cleaned and tidied afterwards). Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it - I’ll definitely use again for other projects we have in mind!

It was a pleasure dealing with this company; they were on time and always called me as promised to make arrangements. The end result looks great and was all done with the absolute minimum mess and disruption. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! I would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending Prestige Construction to friends and family.

We are in the second week of our build which is progressing very well. The team are very professional and courteous and have kept the site and surrounding area very tidy. They have saved us a considerable sum of money not only on the build but also on kitchen units. Delighted with everything at the moment.

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. I would recommend him to anyone, 1st rate service.

Hi, I do apologise but I only knew the gentleman as Tak, from Bolton. He was the first person to offer the help that we needed, in the Man & Van trade. Nothing was too much for this man. His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price. Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.

Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.
