George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We are a small company specialising in the construction of timber framed buildings, offices and pool houses. I am an Electrician by trade and Niceic registered. I started working very closely with a timber frame house building company around 10 years ago and we collaborate on lots of projects being able to offer most services required. We love what we do and enjoy working with our customers to see their projects through from start to finish.

I have been working in London since 2007, in those 16 years I have done plastering, wooden flooring, wooden fencing, ceilings and much more. I am new to Rated People, however I have the experience and can provide reference for previous work upon request.
Vasile did a great job of plater boarding and plastering my bathroom ceiling. He's a brilliant builder and plasterer, really kind, down to Earth, tidy, honest and genuine. I'd definitely recommend him to others and I'd definitely use him in the future for future work.

Christian is very friendly and nice however I was requoted again and had to pay slightly more because of his error. I asked for white pebbles he got a darker colour even though i showed him what i wanted. Nonetheless he came back few times to see the porch and I expressed my dissapointment because maintenance is a big issue still, grass still growing from ground, over 5x now. I think it's always worth paying extra to get job done properly. This project seemed for him the best way to save money than work.

Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. The team were polite and worked hard through some of the hottest days of the year! The end result is wonderful and really makes the most of the garden.

Gerasimos did a floor fitting for me in a bathroom and hallway. He did an excellent job. The hallway has 4 doors and he dealt with this really well, he followed every small detail and curve. He is very meticulous and the finishes are immaculate. If you have any other issues in the house he gives advice. He is tidy and cleans before he leaves. He is very calm and polite. I would recommend him to everyone and definitely use his services again.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken.
