Daniel from D L Developments is excellent with his service. Very detailed information provided on all aspects of the job, very prompt with his responses, communication is amazing and the standard of work is of great quality. Quotes are very informative and easy to understand. Competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend him for any type of project you may have, he covers all variety of maintenance which is very useful. We have now used him on many of our properties and the work is outstanding.

Sam was called out at short notice to fix a problem with an en-suite bathroom floor. Due to ingress of water, the existing floor had rotted and was in urgent need of repair. Sam expertly replaced the damaged subfloor with marine plywood and secured it to the rafters. The existing tiled flooring was replaced with attractive light-oak vinyl flooring. The job required the removal and refitting of a toilet which was also expertly completed. Thanks, Sam, for your hard work and craftsmanship.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeff Payne of South West Stone to anyone. Mr Payne was punctual. Mr Payne was a pleasure to have working at my home. The bonus was that he thoroughly cleaned up any mess he made which was indeed minimal! Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely helpful. The work done appears to be all I wanted. Overall I am very pleased.

We can highly recommend Dan. When we originally requested a quote he came back quickly and was very detailed and thorough. He always showed up when he said he would, his work was at a high standard and always made sure everything was clean and tidy at the end of each day. He and his staff was very friendly. We will definitely use him again for our next project.

Have not decided whether to go ahead with our building works yet, but had to rate Craig's professionalism and help in advising on our damp walls and providing a quote that meets our needs should we decide to proceed at a later date.

Chris contacted as quickly and came the same day to visit for a quote and to give advice on the projects we were proposing. Both the advice and the work were excellent. The job was finished when expected - there was a delay with a part but this was due to a third party - Chris managed the ordering and chasing of this and returned to finish the last section of the job promptly.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

End result of my rather large Cotswold dry stone wall looks stunning with many complimentary comments from the local villagers. Regardless to say that I very happy with the job. Elliott and Dave worked very hard to get this job done in time for our daughters first birthday party set in our garden. Both good guys who are reliable and communicate well when there are plenty that do not. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.

Wayne undertook the construction of a single storey, ground floor extension for us in Exeter. Our architects design & subsequent structural engineers specification, wasn't without complications & I think everyone did a little head scratching! Nevertheless, Wayne & his team found solutions. They had to deal with delays in the steel production, some atrocious weather and lots of questions from us, but never complained! As a consequence, Wayne will be landscaping our garden too!
