Available to do the job quickly, arrived at agreed time. Consulted at regular intervals to ensure progress was as required. Didn’t pressure into doing extra jobs for more money (not always the case). "Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"

VERY DISSATISFIED. ROOF LEAKED LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER FINISHING THE JOB. Tried many times to contact via email and left multiple phone messages. After nearly 4 months we still have a leaking roof. No point in offering a 12 month guarantee to your client if you never return their calls to fix shoddy workmanship.
