Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!

Turns up on time and was very sympathetic that I work late nights & sleep in. Resourceful in getting his water somewhere else so as not to wake me. Asking around it was a very decent price. They worked hard and efficiently together to get the job done. 7:30 AM to 18:00 without a break. The result was to professional standards. Would I recommend them? Yes, very much so!
