Avoid A1 Trading at all costs, he did an extremely poor job on relaying my kitchen roof. A bread and butter job for any decent builder but this one couldn’t seem to grasp the basics. Poor quality of workmanship means I still have a leaky roof. He also lied about forwarding the receipt by saying he would email it to me but now he now won’t answer my texts or return my calls so he’s also done a runner. I’m retired in my 70’s and view this ‘tradesperson’ like a criminal, A1 Trading deserves 0 stars.

Paul contacted us promptly on posting of our roofing job, and we were quickly able to obtain a quote from him. On arrival to give his quotation, he was able to give us a full breakdown of what needed doing, and spotted a problem area that had escaped our attention. He then swiftly gave a full quotation and a promise that the price given was fixed. On completion of the job, Paul provided photographs of rectified areas prior to payment. Responded quickly to the job and was able to come next day for a reasonable price. Kept in contact and the work was done with some changes as they assessed on the job and were mindful of not creating a bigger job.
