Lee did an excellent job - he rendered the back of our house and did some internal plastering, as well as sorting out some problems with guttering and a leaking chimney. He was reliable and kept us informed throughout the work. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

Terry is new to Bristol and will make a very good name for himself in short order. Terry's work ethic is admirable. He promised to finish in a day and worked in to the evening to complete the job. The standard of finish is exceptional. The work involved skimming two large walls, and boarding then skimming a ceiling. He is diligent, very friendly, a consummate professional, and I doubt you'll find such quality at a better price. I commend him to you and will be asking him to do more work in the near future.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them.
