John and his team were amazing. John provided me with a great quote, within a couple days of agreeing, johns team got my roof tiles back in place. Whilst on my roof, they even fixed a couple broken tiles, unblocked the downpipe to my gutter and placed some cement where near the pointers without charging anything extra. I was given a quote for the work. After the guttering was removed, I was told that there was too much mortar under the hip which would have to be removed and the soffit reconnected. I was charged double the original quote. The gutter still leaks so I messaged them to come back. He said he would return but I have not heard from him since.
