Darren did a fantastic job fitting a strong shelf in the kitchen, a new work surface in the external office and removing the decking around the office and making good. He was helpful, friendly and carried out the work just as we instructed. He worked professionally, arriving on time and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Although chimney repair work was done well enough, the subsequent roof repair work was very poor. After complaining and sending photos of the bad workmanship, they returned and did all the work they should have done first time as originally agreed. However, after chasing for 3 months, the promised insurance-backed guarantee was sent as a photo and the insurance company shown, Home Pro, confirmed they were not insured, so the “guarantee” is worthless. Poor workmanship, over-priced and misleading information.

A friendly, hard working pair of young lads who did two excellent jobs on my roof very efficiently under adverse conditions. I had a good, written quotation, to which they kept and which was not at all unreasonable. They will be given first refusal on any future roofing job I may have (which is not unlikely in my old house).

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
