On arrival to give his quotation, he was able to give us a full breakdown of what needed doing, and spotted a problem area that had escaped our attention. Following initial problems with the work, the roofing guys returned to put right the shortfalls which closed the job satisfactorily. However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. I am very pleased to finally conclude the job, but still await receipt for full payment made. RG24
