John and his team have done a great job over the last 4 days. John always listens to my concerns and deals with them. He has installed new gutters and repaired some roofing issues. It hasn’t rained yet to test the new gutters but John has given me every confidence that he will return if there is an issue with his teams work. Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
Alex was very straight forward and easy to deal with. He was also recommended by my builder. He was very thorough. He took photographs of areas of concern and discussed the work with us before he went ahead. I was very happy with the work and the cost and am now confident that my roof will live another few years.
