We won’t take any deposits on work under £10k and are happy to collect photos during the installation if you can’t be home whilst the work is being undertaken. Bogdan did our full bathroom refubrishment. I was a little bit worried that he had no reviews, although he did show me work down when he worked at London it is still hard to trust that work will be done to the high standard that we wanted. We should have not been worried at all. The transformation was fantastic and finish is beautifull surpassing our expectations. Everything works as it should and we were so glad we went with Bogdan so much so that we now asked him to refubrish our family bathroom too.

Roy came to give a quote as having probs with damp patch on bedroom & chimney wall. He did thorough examination in loft & was told that there was no leaking from roof & problem was probs due to air vent blocked up on chimney breast & condensation in bedroom. He quoted price to do some pointing work in the future & as he was Very honest with us we will be getting him to do as another company quoted me silly amount of money to do work that wasnt needed & wouldnt of solved our problem.

The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.
This guy can certainly tile a bathroom,any vanity units you want putting in Rich is your man,trustworthy,hardworking ,tea milk no sugar,jobs a goodun,one negative just make sure your tiles match perfectly cos if he doesn't notice them straight away and you do after fitting he won't replace without extra charge.Does extra mosaic tiling too just ask he won't bite :)
