James came to my property to fit some cladding , he did an excellent job, he came back a week after, cleaned all the moss off my roof, cleaned gutters, replaced some cracked tiles and refined my ruche tiles, he also removed weeds off my out building roof and cleaned up after himself. When I asked questions via text as I wasn’t there he got quite aggressive and said he was offended that I would a question his work. Latest text was to say he would remove all the materials installed a dump waste back at house. Not vey helpful. All I am asking for is evidence things have been done. Could have said a lot more but it’s not worth it

That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done!
