For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. Sorry for the late review, Szergej! The original job was just fitting skirting, trimming doors, and matching architrave on a new frame. Szergej was efficient and turned up on time to quote. I also asked about fitting IKEA cabinets into alcoves to look built-in—he gave me a price that evening and came back two days later to fit them. He did a great job. Really pleased with the finish. I’d definitely recommend!
