Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! Candidly advised me to replace one sash window (beyond reasonably repair) at the v top of the house while we have the scaffolding up. All round great service.
