The contractor responded the same day,by visiting the property and estimated the work required. Work was carried out and completed the following day, all waste was removed and area cleared up afterwards. I was very happy with speed and overall positve experience, they were very accommodating to my needs as I work away I will definitely will use this company again.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Hi, we carry out various gardening jobs, from cutting grass, to landscaping. We are a very reliable company and no job is to small or big. I’ll be there to carry out the work myself which will be done to highest standard possible, sometimes I may require a helping hand, that would again a competent person. Also we do removals of old sheds etc, garden clearances and removal of waste metal. Also willing to construct sheds, storage boxes and fencing. Mr Seager and his colleagues have been marvelous to work with this past couple of weeks. The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

I can highly recommend Thor. Marcin has completed my loft conversion to a very high standard. His tradesmen have all been polite, careful, tidy and competent. I used the architect and structural engineer Marcin recommended and was pleased with their results. He had a company calculate the cost of the project so there has been no ambiguity about costs from the outset. The job has been completed to a high standard and I am thrilled with the result of his work! Am happy to recommend.
