I was very impressed by SmartGlaze. The gent from the company came very quickly and clearly knew his stuff, being an engineer myself there was no room for flannel. He explained everything ,showed me a sample of the product and offered good price. The surveyor and the fitters were excellent. They did a superb job and left no mess behind. The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..
I have been in this double glazing for over 35years . Manufacting / fitting and the last 17 years service engineer for a large double glazing company . I always look to repair first before saying new window /door is needed . I can upgrade door locks if same cant be found . I repair leaks on conservatory / door / windows. If you want New Windows or Doors and Conservatories i can do . I Have Liabiliy insurance cover.

Menzies is very friendly and helpful. He gave us honest opinion that door beyond economic repair which I appreciated. However, he did improve the locking mechanism so that we can lock the door properly whilst awaiting new door. Would recommend.

Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
