Excellent work! I would give 10 stars if I could. This is a delayed review because when dealing with dampness, it is irrelevant what the work looks like straight after. Much better to look 6 months down the line. I can confidently say this father/ son team are way better than any 'damp specialist' I hired. Just look online, do your own research to find out what the problem is, then get these guys to do the work. You will not be disappointed. Went over and above what was required. The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. Sometimes, passage of time provides an insight into the quality of work & reliability of a tradesman. Soon after my job was done, two windows developed internal condensation. Mark initially defended but visited us to have a look & accepted his fault. Promised to have this fixed. But time after time,after repeated calling he kept on providing fake promises & finally has now stopped taking my calls as well. My strong advise-avoid. If a windows expert cannot handle a window, then you can guess his skill level!

Took Nigel a while to call back to confirm a date and time a date and time for the work. Once he did though, he kept exactly to his word. Turned up, on time and completed the plastering for our stairway to a very high quality with patching and skimming work. The price was very fair and he finished in the time he said he would. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
