Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

An excellent job completed by Rob this weekend, he fitted 4 internal glazed doors and skirting boards to the majority of the ground floor and provided a perfect finish accross all aspects of the work. The guys were courteous and very tidy, I would definately recommend the company to anybody

Adrian is a likeable chap and comes across as trustworthy and honest. Did a garage side door and window in the timeframe suggested after I left a deposit and it appears to be a nice tidy job. All areas were left clean and old door/frames taken away. He has left me with confidence that if I endure any problems, he would be more than willing to return to put things right. James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.
