Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We added a few minor things as we remembered them but no hassle, added them in. Very happy with results.

Found James through rated people to do a full kitchen refurbishment. This wasn’t the easiest project, when stripped out their were issues found. But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. Originally didn’t start well on the quotation visit, however, cannot fault the company. Was contacted after the initial visit and was very apologetic, someone else came out much more professional /friendly. Agreed on the price. Surveyor Chris came out who was top notch guy and asset to the company. Was called to see if job could be done earlier. Fitter came (little later than advised), did the work needed to be done, tidied up after himself, friendly as well.

Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. Both Pam and Sunny were very helpful and friendly. They were true to there word to fix two minor issues after the fitting, So thank you.

You have not phoned or emailed since I paid you £1800, not even a courtesy to say you had received the funds. I withheld the remainder as you did not membrane or baton as per the quote and withheld guarantees and photos of work in the loft, thus you are in breach of contract. Yesterday i went to touch up some paint that you failed to do and saw the gaps in the weatherboard and large hole. That is why I am in contact only now as I had not been in my neighbour’s garden.
