Nicu is incredibly knowledgeable about every building work including plumbing, roofing, insulation, tiling, general decoration. The building was constructed to a very high standard and finish, with a number of exposed/natural materials. Minor changes were never an issue and no request was too big. We are very happy with the works and would be more than happy to recommend for further works.
