The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.

Avoid at all cost, nothing but problems with the bathroom since it was finished back in April. Our bath wasn’t sealed properly which caused a big leak. We tried 5 times to contact them to rectify the problem and nothing even though we knew he had seen the message in Whatsapp. Also the trim wasn’t neat and was told he would come back out to sort it out. We’ve recently discovered that our extraction fan wasn’t installed properly which has now lead to our ceiling being damp and covered in mould.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. I have over 17years of experience in the building trade. Im new to rated people and joined because i know its so inmortant for people to have full trust in the builder from start to finish on any building work. Rated people start the trust off.
The bottom line is it was a waste of both your time and mine if you were not interested, I think that the eventual profit would have more than covered lead costs, if not then you are doing something very wrong, I deal with CPC (Cost Per Click) every day every business I know allows a fund for this, out of every 10 clicks (that cost them) only one may bear fruit, I think you need to re-think strategies, I have increased value rating because at the end of the day your initial quote came in at a good price.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

Friendly and honest lads. Martin came looked at the roofing job told me what was needed and how much. A few days later they came and did the job found a few more faults but put these right as well at no extra cost. Great work, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Will be using them again.
