I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.

There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. 1st Call quoted to clear a heavily mossed roof , blocked gutters and downpipes on a two-floo.r detached house. They quoted two men for two days. Wayne and Lee arrived promptly on both days and worked very well throughout. They cleaned the work site well. I can recommend them.
