Dimitar has done a brilliant job. He is a well organised, highly skilled craftsman who takes care about his work. He doesn't take any shortcuts, he goes back to the basics and builds it up - although this takes a little longer the end result is very high quality. He checked all the details with us from the handle positions to the way the doors open. He had good innovative solutions to two difficult issues. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Dimitar!

I hired RT-Gas&Electrical engineers LTD for a total renovation of my flat including plumbing and electrical work, plastering, design and fitting of a new bathroom and kitchen, painting and carpentry. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.
