James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. Ciprian contacted me and came round to my house to see and confirm the job. We agreed a price and he did the job superbly. He was efficient and courteous. The job was not straightforward, it was IKEA building but required cutting of doors because it was a tight fit and he did brilliantly. He did a great job at a fair price and was very helpful throughout - even helping me get some spare tiles from the attic to replace ones that had been ruined by the old cement. Punctual service (he even managed to squeeze us in earlier). Highly recommended.
