I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done

Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.

Great quote ,great job, however ask for the roofer to return to resolve an issue has been very problematic. Agreed to come back. Not even contacted me . Reluctantly leaving this, but have given enough chances to reply.

The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.
