Pleasant,polite,reliable & businesslike, Johnathan came over to see what was needed & gave a verbal quote which was quickly followed by a written one including date & time. He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. We believe that repairs of your existing windows and doors are usually a far more cost effective answer to replacements. We repair or replace all types of windows, doors and conservatories including Bi-fold doors, French doors, Patio doors, sash windows, casement windows, fanlight windows, roof windows etc. In our experience there is nothing we cannot repair. The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance! John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

He did not resolve the issue and left a mess of the decking
Jason was absolutely first class from initial contact to completion of the job. A really genuine guy who worked out the most cost effective way to do the job. A very neat builder and completed the removal of my door and bricking up in the day. Once finished went above and beyond to ensure everything was neat and tidy. Dont use this man. He told me he had re-felted a dormer roof, when it was leaking 6 months later he tried to deny responsibility. When faced with photo evidence he accepted responsibility said he would sort it out then no further communication. A total con man!
