SPT Construction built some garden walls for me, about 30m by 1.5-2m, did some re-pointing, built a patio retaining wall with steps, re-built some old stone walling, and laid some concrete flags. I was very pleased: accurate quotes, good quality job and timely. I highly recommend SPT Construction.

Very quick to make contact and arrange for work to be carried out. Arrived at agreed time, obviously a very experienced tradesman and work completed to a very high standard. Very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

Prompt service, exactly what we wanted and they confirmed we didn't need to have an expensive set if repairs through a simple inspection of our cavity wall ties using an endoscopic camera. I'd definitely use again.

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. Really good men the weather was bad but they came and worked hard, when the rain stopped .very tidy and very pleased with the men and the work (do like Coffey with lots of sugar ) I would recommend them and they texted to keep me informed

Matthew provided an excellent service. He turned up bang on time with his colleague and completed a full electrical test of our property. He was professional and informative, taking the time to explain the various tests as he was doing them. He supplied me with a full detailed pdf report after the test had been completed. The price was as he quoted. I would recommend him and would use again in the future.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Bill from the prompt contact,the quote and standard of installation of my bathroom. The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided
