Dave came on time to look at my job and said he would get back to me at the weekend with the quote as he did and having decided to use his services he came the day he said he would and on time witch you dont always get with some tradesman today. He was very professional and took pride in his work all In all he did a fantastic job and would not hesitate in recommending him .

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

Colin carried out repairs on our office carpet and also installed a new carpet in a meeting room. He offers great value for money, was always available by telephone or email, quick to provide a quote and visited us onsite to talk through the details. Jonnathan came to remove a conifer tree in my front garden,he came on time and quoted me a very resonable price.After removing the tree and doing a very good job i hired him to do some more work in my garden.Allround very good worker and nice guy.Definetly hire him again

Great guys, very honest and reliable, hard working and tidy. Flexible to suit the job. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Really very happy with end result, will happily recommend them and use again in future!
