I am very happy with the work James has recently completed for me which consisted of building a wall for my garage conversion. He takes a lot of pride in his work and was very professional. James was knowledgable, punctual and very tidy. I am very happy with the work James completed. I will be booking him for future works. I would be happy to recommend him to any one who needs a reliable builder to complete good building work.

We are really pleased to have used Rated People.com where we found Andy of Plumb Yorks. He quoted us for a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. The work has been carried out to the highest standards by very likeable and highly competent tradesmen. Nothing was too much trouble and we now have a wonderful new bathroom. I really couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. I needed a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, d/s toilet and a laundry room tiling. Most floors and walls and all with either porcelain tiles or granite. This was a huge job as part of a major extension. Not only did Matt provide an excellent quality service and a great value, but flexibility and adaptability to work around other tradesman, responding quickly to changes in schedules and delays. Absolutely highly recommended and will use again for sure.

Very pleased with the service Mark provided. He spent time working out an issue we had with installing a flood light and didn't stop until it was right. He was on time, friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Will definitely be calling him again for any other electrical work we need done.

Mark and Aaron did a great job. The garden was like a swamp before they started, they had sub zero temperatures, ice, snow and frozen turf to deal with but it was finished to a high standard and on time, they cleared everything up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jonnathan came to remove a conifer tree in my front garden,he came on time and quoted me a very resonable price.After removing the tree and doing a very good job i hired him to do some more work in my garden.Allround very good worker and nice guy.Definetly hire him again

Small but awkward lighting switch job. Rang and roughly priced on the phone within ! hour of job posting. Gave early time next day and arrived punctually at peak of 'school rush'. Craig and Dave very polite, friendly and efficient. Did job in time and price predicted and apologised for having to dash off to an 'emergency'

A reasonable quote was given very quickly for a fencing job. The chap I spoke to on the phone beforehand and met on the day of the job (Simon) was polite, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He and a colleague erected the 5 6x6 fence panels and posts without fuss and to a high standard, despite some difficulties inherent in the job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

I can't rate this company high enough Martin and his wife did a first rate job I had 2 ceilings down due to a header tank leak He took the remainder of the ceilings down then boarded out skimmed insulated and decorated in 5 days the finished job was outstanding The price was very competitive I would recommend this company to anybody Also Martin and his wife were lovely people genuine and nothing was too much trouble for them A very professional company
