He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches. Call out and a rate of £ 90 an hour ,to fit a cat flap for a 62 year old disabled man's door,who before getting kidney failure would have knocked this out in no time, and thanks but no thanks a minimum amount of £ 140,you should be ashamed of such daylight robbery, this could easily be done within an hour so £ 140, if only i could rate you at zero, and you would be lucky to get that
