After setting Jac Jones Cons. what at first seemed like a simple straightforward job they continued to do everything they possibly could to complete what turned out to be possibly the hardest job they had ever taken on. Not only did they show up every day on time but they turned up with a smile on their faces and worked hard constantly. Their work rate and quality of workmanship is second to none and won't stop until not only you but they are happy with the final product. Would recommend without question!

The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. They performed such a great job of the detached garage project we then without hesitation had them build an extension to our house (on going project). We cannot speak highly enough of their workmanship and work ethic to date. Here, they typically start before 07:30 and when needed on weekends always putting in a full days work. Both Ade and Chris and very polite, friendly and approachable. We are happy to forward pictures if that would help with your decision making process. We would highly recommend.

Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !
