Paul arrived at the time he said. He worked all day without a break and stayed until he finished the job. He is hardworking and did a great job laying laminate flooring in a large room. Hope he will come back to do two more rooms.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. On the whole good job and was well priced, beat competitors by hundreds of pounds. Communication was excellent and constantly kept me in touch with updates. Reliable and did what he said he was going to do. There were no hidden extras or deceptions.

Ash came round to quote the same day and gave a very good price. He gave me different options that i could have put down. He did the job the next day within a few hours. Very Friendly and helpful and I would definitely use him again if i needed any more floors levelling in the future.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Ryan Cohen, DO NOT USE this plumber as he is untrustworthy & uncommuniative, I paid him a substantial deposit and no work has been done to fit Central Heating. I have been unable to get my deposit back & don't get any replies to my messages. I also gave him the option of still doing the job with no response. Meanwhile the house renovation is stopped with no hot water or heating! :-) Didn't want to give any stars but post wouldn't complete without,

Greg is a pleasant and well mannered electrician. He completed a rewire of our house to bring it up to standard. We paid in full, on basis that he would return to complete work and rectify faults. Left several messages and gave several months (almost a year) to respond by phone or email. No response so we got a reputable electrician to inspect, and he found several faults with work which is still not finished. Considerable extra cost now to correct. Happy to provide evidence to support this review.

Does anyone know whether Andrew is ok? I paid him to do a job for me and despite some setbacks (he fell ill, then his son fell ill, then they had a family holiday) I thought we were set to go. I have not heard from him for two weeks and am becoming concerned
