He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed very quickly. It took a few weeks before paperwork for the electrical safety arrived. But everything we asked for was done.

The finish was excellent, he turned up when he said he would, he was flexible when we needed to move the date, he took care to minimise the mess and the price was competitive. Vaclav did a really good job, turned up when he said he would and charged the price quoted. Our floors were last sanded and varnished about 16 years ago so they were pretty worn. He re-sanded and re-varnished with 3 coats. I was particularly impressed that there was no dust and everything was left very clean each day.
