Their work was unbelievably good well beyond my expectation, from the day they started they were punctual and hard working very skilfull no job was too hard for them. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. This stair had been broken for a long time, and if I had known I could have someone like John come over and make everything so easy, I would have done it much earlier.
