Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Not happy with the service at all. Zakir came to my house twice to see the job. I was told it would be a great job finished to a high level. The job was awful they could not do what I asked and all they wanted to do was put beading everywhere when I told them the flooring has to run under the skirting board. I am left with massive gaps that are not covered by my skirting boards. I showed pictures of what I wanted as I wanted border with gold trim around my tv wall.I’m left with sharp dangerous edges.
